Undergraduate, and Departmental Libraries. The entire survey should take no more than 10 minutes to

confidentiality is found at this link. Participation in this research is voluntary. Your decision to
participate, decline, or withdraw from participation will have no effect on
your grades at, status at, or future relations with the library or the
University of Illinois.
